Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. After you submit your request, you will receive a response from our customer service team. If you qualify for a refund, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email within two business days, along with instructions on how to ship the products back.

- Express shipping charges are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days in form of payment used when you placed your order.
